Burlington, VT Accounting Firm | Diane E. Sullivan Page | Montgomery & Merrill PC

Diane, as our Office Manager at Montgomery & Granai PC, keeps everyone on track.   Her duties include the office bookkeeping, word processing, financial statement processing, tax return processing and e-filing, as well as HR services, purchasing and the routine office flow.  Diane has been with us almost since the firm started in 1994.  Everyone, staff and clients alike, also enjoy her dogs, who have become the office mascots.  Eliza,  and Pip take turns coming to work with Diane every day.

When Diane isn't working for M&G, she runs her own business, Administrative Solutions, which began in October 1994 as a local outsource service.  Administrative Solutions offers a variety of professional office management and administrative support to her clients allowing them to free up their time and maintain control. Her services include bookkeeping, word processing, banquet/conference coordination, desktop publishing, reorganization and more.

In addition to her Office Management hat, Diane enjoys her involvement in the "dog world" and is a charter member and officer on the board of the Green Mountain Golden Retriever Club, an active member in the Burlington Obedience Training Club, as well as local Therapy Dog activities, rescue efforts for Golden Retrievers and English Springer Spaniels, individual dog training classes, and working her own dogs in the Obedience, Rally and Agility rings as well as Tracking.

Prior to moving to Vermont, Diane had worked for the SVP for Grant Programs at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton, New Jersey for five years. Previously, she reported to the Directors of the Human Resources Departments at Mobil and Arco for eight years. Diane moved to Vermont in 1987 and began working as Office Manager for the Managing Partner of a large accounting firm with firm-wide responsibilities for seven offices throughout New England. She met Colleen and Marcia when she became Office Manager at the firm where they worked - and the rest is history!
